Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. If there is any damaged or defective items the customer must notify us 48 hours after shipment has been delivered.
Lost or Stolen Packages
AkiMori is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been sent to customers confirmed address.
Canceling Orders
Cancelations request can only be accepted in the first 24 hours after the order is placed.
